高职院校学生工作需要特有的职教特色载体,放手学生自主管理,无论从顺应信息时代的发展还是应对职业世界的变化,都对高职生自身职业生涯发展大有裨益。同时放手学生自主管理,还能提升高职院校学生工作的针对性和实效性,符合职业教育人才培养的价值取向。高职院校应积极构建开放的学生工作体系,实施学生工作项目化运作模式,创设富含企业管理文化元素的校园环境,以学生职业生涯规划目标为导向,协助学生构建积极向上的动力机制,通过自主参与职业实践体验活动,实现学生工作育人目标的达成。
The work of students in higher vocational colleges requires a unique carrier of vocational education, let go of students self-management, both from the development of the information age and coping with the changes of the world of work, all of which are of great benefit to the career development of higher vocational students. At the same time letting students manage themselves, but also enhance the relevance and effectiveness of student work in higher vocational colleges, in line with the value orientation of vocational education personnel training. Higher vocational colleges should actively construct an open student work system, implement the project mode of student work, set up a campus environment rich in elements of corporate management and culture, orient students’ career planning goals, and help students construct a positive and upward motivation mechanism.
