桂政发[2016]52号各市、县人民政府,自治区人民政府各组成部门、各直属机构:为贯彻落实《国务院关于支持沿边重点地区开发开放若干政策措施的意见》(国发[2015]72号),加快推动我区国家重点开发开放试验区、边境国家一类口岸、边境城市、边境经济合作区和跨境经济合作区等沿边重点地区开发开放,构筑经济繁荣、社会稳定的祖国边疆,现提出以下意见。
Gui Zheng Fa [2016] No. 52 Various departments and municipalities directly under the Central Government, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government: In order to implement the “Opinions of the State Council on Some Policies and Measures for Supporting the Development and Opening to Key Areas along the Border Areas” (Guo Fa [2015] No. 72 ) To speed up the development and opening up of key areas such as the state’s key pilot zones for development and opening up in the region, the first-class border ports, border cities, border economic cooperation zones and cross-border economic cooperation zones in our border areas so as to build a prosperous and socially stable motherland border.
