中国学者和研究人员在信息哲学与信息科学中起到极为重要的作用。我曾有幸与不少中国同事在2010年北京FIS和2013年莫斯科FIS上共享观点。正如我在北京所说:“由于信息科学,世界终于团聚起来了。”代表性的人物,如西安的邬焜,北京的钟义信应被分别看作信息哲学与信息科学在中国的奠基之父。中国的哲学家和学者们为信息研究带来了一股热情和创造力。
Chinese scholars and researchers play an extremely important role in information philosophy and information science. I had the privilege of sharing my views with many Chinese colleagues at the 2010 Beijing FIS and the 2013 Moscow FIS. As I said in Beijing: “The world has finally been reunited with the information science.” Representative figures such as Wu Yi of Xi’an and Zhong Yixin of Beijing should be regarded as the foundations for the foundation of information philosophy and information science in China father. Chinese philosophers and scholars have brought a passion and creativity to information research.
