适逢党的十五届五中全会胜利闭幕之际和“十五”计划制定的关键时期,为配合学习贯彻十五届五中全会精神,中国生产力学会第11届年会于2000年10月28日至30日在著名改革开放城市深圳市银湖国际会议中心召开。来自全国各地的领导、政府官员、企业家、高校及党校系统的专家学者共90余人参加会议。会议由中国生产力学会会长、原国家统计局局长张塞主持。原国家体改委副主任乌杰,中共中央政策研究室副主任郑新立,香港生产力促进局总裁邓观瑶,深圳市人民政府副市长王穗明出席会议并致词。会议宣读了著名经济学家于光远致会议的论文,特邀代表郑新立、乌杰,中国生产力学会会长张塞分别在会上做了《抓紧经济结构的战
In line with the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee and the 11th Annual Conference of the Chinese Society of Productivity in 2000 at the crucial juncture of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee and the 10th Five-Year Plan of the 15th CPC Central Committee, October 28 to 30 in the famous reform and opening up city of Shenzhen Silver Lake International Conference Center was held. More than 90 experts, scholars, leaders, government officials, entrepreneurs, universities and party schools from all over the country attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by President of China Productivity Institute and former director of the National Bureau of Statistics. Former Director of State Commission for Economic Restructuring Wu Jie, Deputy Director of Policy Research Office of the CPC Central Committee Zheng Xinli, President of Hong Kong Productivity Council Tang Guanyao and Vice Mayor Wang Suiming of Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government attended the meeting and delivered speeches.
