卫生保健事业科学技术的发展取决于医疗工业部门提供新的医疗技术装各、药物与制剂等产品和对这些产品的有效利用及不断地对其进行研究的卫生保健部门本身的努力。 1980年10月,苏联通过了《完善计划工作,加强国民经济结构的作用,以提高生产效益和工作质量》的决议。实现这一决议规定的各项措施,对于医疗工业部门和卫生保健部门都具有重要的意义。特别是其中要求在第十一个五年计划期间拟订和解决下列课题:开展和加强卫生保健部门与国民经济其他部门之间的经济核算制,对卫生保健事业科学技术发展的成就作出计划和评价等。根据用于卫生保健事业技术装备的经费与制造新药的经费总额来估计,其效益在国民经济的比例中将具有重要意义。
The development of science and technology for health care depends on the efforts of the health care sector in the medical industry to provide new medical technology products, medicines and preparations, as well as the effective use of these products and continuous research.
