不育系稻穗的呼吸强度、H_2O_2酶活性和颖花的ATP含量均比保持系低。通常雌雄蕊的呼吸使颖内CO_2浓度上升至5%,从而导致鳞片吸水膨大推开外颖。不育系花药败育,呼吸弱,颖内CO_2浓度不易提高是其开颖不整齐的主要原因。外源CO_2能显著地加速不育系稻穗的颖花大量开放。
Respiration intensity, H 2 O 2 enzyme activity and spikelet ATP content in CMS lines were lower than those in maintainer lines. Breathing of the stamens and pistils generally causes the concentration of CO 2 in the crests to rise to 5%, causing the scales to swell and lift the foreign particles. Sterile anther abortion, weak breathing, intra-Ying CO 2 concentration is not easy to improve is the main reason for its open and tidy. Exogenous CO 2 could significantly accelerate the spikelet of male sterile rice lines to be widely open.
