胆囊切除是常见的外科手术,警惕它的副作用是重要的。本研究的目的是:(1)确定胆囊切除后胆酸自十二指肠向胃反流增加,进一步分析胆囊切除前后胃内单个胆酸的变化。(2)估计胆囊切除前、后(6个月)胃壁细胞,促胃泌素细胞和胃酸分泌的变化。(3)上述变化结果与胃内总胆酸和单个胆酸变化的关系。
Cholecystectomy is a common surgical procedure and it is important to guard against its side effects. The purpose of this study was to: (1) Determine the change of cholic acid in the stomach before and after cholecystectomy after determining cholecystolithiasis increased from duodenum to gastric reflux after cholecystectomy. (2) to estimate changes of gastric parietal cells, gastrin cells and gastric acid secretion before and after cholecystectomy (6 months). (3) the results of the above changes with the relationship between the changes of total acid and monocholic acid in the stomach.
