我省开展提高成材率攻关是从1983年开始的,经过几年的努力,全省钢材综合成材率有了较大的提高。1988年,全省综合成材率达到86.80%,比攻关前的1982年提高了9.8%,平均每年递增1.63%,累计节约金属近6万吨,经济效益显著。几年来全省各主要钢铁企业的综合成材率情况见下表。 从表中可以看出,韶钢1983年综合成材率为77.09%,在当时全国35家地方骨干企业中排第33位。到1988年,综合成材率上升到88.14%,在全国53家地方骨干企业中排
In our province, the project of raising the finished product rate started from 1983, and after several years of hard work, the comprehensive steel material finished product rate in the province has been greatly improved. In 1988, the province’s comprehensive finished product rate reached 86.80%, an increase of 9.8% over 1982 before the tackling of the anti-dumping work, with an average annual increase of 1.63%, saving a total of nearly 60,000 tons of metal and remarkable economic benefits. Over the past few years the province’s major steel companies in the comprehensive rate of finished products in the table below. As can be seen from the table, Shaogang achieved a comprehensive finished product rate of 77.09% in 1983, at the time ranking the 33th among the 35 local backbone enterprises in the country. By 1988, the consolidated finished product rate rose to 88.14%, ranking among the 53 local backbone enterprises in the country
