总结了《稀有金属材料与工程》的国际化探索历程,认为:学科优势,国际化语言,快速出版,网络传播,国际合作及开放阅览是国际化的有效途径。具体做法是:首先,学科优势是国际化的重要基础和前提。其次,增加英文摘要,图表英文化到逐步刊登部分全英文论文是现阶段学术期刊面向国际的最便捷方式。再次,要充分利用平面和数字化的传播手段,缩短出版周期及建立自己的开放阅览网站来实现快捷有效传播。最后,要开展实质上的国际合作,如与ElsevieF旗下的ScienceDirect合作建立自己独立的网页,实现印刷版与网络版同步出版。当然,还要充分让国內外知名数据库收录,提高知名度、影响力和传播面。
The course of international exploration of “Rare Metal Materials and Engineering” is summarized. It is believed that the advantages of subject, international language, rapid publication, internet communication, international cooperation and open reading are effective international approaches. The specific approach is: First of all, academic advantage is an important foundation and prerequisite for internationalization. Secondly, increasing English abstracts and charting English to gradually publish some English papers are the most convenient way for academic journals to face the world at this stage. Thirdly, we should make full use of plane and digital means of communication, shorten the publication cycle and establish our own open reading website to achieve efficient and effective communication. Finally, there should be substantive international cooperation such as establishing a separate web page with ScienceDirect, a subsidiary of ElsevieF, for the simultaneous publication of printed and online versions. Of course, we must also fully collect well-known databases at home and abroad to raise awareness, influence and communication.
