爆破事故在煤矿事故中占有很高的比重,重特大事故中占1/3以上,瓦斯与煤尘爆炸事故中占40%以上。引发煤矿爆破事故的主要原因之一就是起爆器技术太落后,都是上世纪60年以前的技术,没有安全闭锁功能。采用ARM9芯片设计起爆器,使其具有安全闭锁功能,实现人员虹膜识别闭锁,避免非专业人员操作事故,同时实现安全起爆位置、时间、瓦斯等超限的情况下自动闭锁,保障起爆安全,该系统已经投入使用,获得用户高度评价。
