新时期的职高生,都是被初中放弃的、淘汰的学生,都属于家里的独苗,在家长的细心呵护下,养成了自私、不求上进的性格,成为一名双困生。作为一名新时期的职业高中的教师,怎样改变这种困境,转变学生的思想,培养他们成才,是我们面临的严峻的问题。职业高中的生源,主要来自没有考上普通高中或者没有参加中考的学生,这些学生都是文化基础知识差、自我约束能力差,很多都是抱着破罐子破摔的心态。我们要了解学生的基本情况,掌握学生的思想脉搏,根据以往的经验,刚入学的新生,不管是成绩好的学生,还是调皮捣蛋的学
In the new period, the post-secondary students are all abandoned by junior middle school students who are eliminated. They all belong to the only family house.
