用D_(S5)-β-HCG-TT作疫苗免疫家兔能诱导抗HCG抗体的产生。1:100稀释的抗血清与~(125)I-HCG结合率可达47.8%,而与HLH、FSH、TSH的交叉结合反应则分别为0.14%,014%和0.2%。此抗血清采用大鼠子宫增重法及前列腹腺增重法均能有效地中和HCG的生物活性。
Immunization of rabbits with D_ (S5) -β-HCG-TT vaccine induced anti-HCG antibody production. The binding rate of 1: 100 diluted antiserum to ~ (125) I-HCG was 47.8%, while it was 0.14%, 014% and 0.2% with HLH, FSH and TSH respectively. This antiserum can effectively neutralize the biological activity of HCG by using rat uterine weight gain method and prostate gland weight gain method.
