我国天然电气石储量丰富、价格低廉,具有一定的红外辐射性能,可用于燃油活化。选取新疆阿尔泰电气石矿为原料制备燃油活化材料。采用3—5μm波段具有较高红外辐射率的尖晶石对天然电气石进行复合改性,同时解决电气石经高温处理红外辐射性能易丧失的问题。通过改善烧结气氛,制备在各个波段具有较高红外辐射率的复合材料;通过电子结构计算分析尖晶石材料具备红外辐射的机理,研究尖晶石的掺杂量对电气石红外辐射率的影响规律,获得最佳的材料配方。
