新型职业农民是适应现代农业发展的高素质职业农民。本文以新型职业农民为研究对象,对河北省新型职业农民培育情况进行分析,发现其存在的问题,并在借鉴承德县“菜单式”职业农民培育放案基础上,提出河北省新型职业农民培育路径,以期为相关部门提供借鉴。
The new type of professional peasants is a high-quality professional peasant who adapts to the development of modern agriculture. This paper takes a new type of professional farmer as the research object, analyzes the situation of cultivating a new type of professional farmer in Hebei Province and finds out the existing problems. On the basis of drawing on the case of cultivating professional farmers in Chengde County, this paper proposes a new type of occupation in Hebei Province Farmers to cultivate the path, with a view to providing relevant departments for reference.
