针对高职高专学生思想道德素质偏差的特点及产生的原因,采取有效的教育途径和方法,积极开展教育转化工作,使学生能够认识到自己的不足,并按照专科生思想道德素质的要求发展自我,从而实现学生思想道德素质的转化。目前高职高专院校的学生因为自身的差异化,会造成很多关于思想道德素质的问题,本文在此阐述了高职高专院校学生的现状、策略以及转化的过程等问题。
According to the characteristics and causes of deviation of ideological and moral qualities of students in higher vocational schools and colleges, we should take effective ways and means of education and actively carry out education transformation so that students can recognize their own deficiencies and develop in accordance with the requirements of ideological and moral qualifications of junior college students Self, so as to realize the transformation of students’ ideological and moral qualities. At present, the students in higher vocational colleges have a lot of problems about their ideological and moral qualifications due to their own differences. This article elaborates on the status quo, strategies and transformation process of students in higher vocational colleges.
