In order to determine the impact of the hot strip mill metallurgical and physical balance of the principle of research. The factors related to the various parts of the mill are discussed and their relationships are derived. These interrelations will contribute to the integration of rolling system components. These interrelations make the optimal coiling length and weight suitable for metallurgical balance operations. For any combination of rolling conditions, a graph has been developed to quickly estimate these optimal coiling lengths and weights. The recommended method for the optimal ingot size, the number of slab reheating furnaces required, the calculation of mechanical and electrical equipment adjustments, and the calculation of long-term production and plant expansion plans.
