原上海市石化总厂总指挥、上海市工业党委第一副书记、市经委第一副主任龚兆源同志在“纪念昆山解放60周年座谈会”上深情地回顾了60年前的战斗岁月,意味深长地把撰写的《九十有感》在会上与大家共勉,龚老的《九十有感》饱含着长期来干部队伍建设的经验,提出了在新的历史条件下干部的原则和基本素质,语言朴素但意义深刻。为此,特将此稿发表与大家共勉:
