财政政策对国家经济增长起到重要作用,随着内生经济增长理论的发展,科技进步对经济增长影响越来越受到重视,国家通过对研发的投入来促进技术进步,从而影响经济增长。本文用计量经济学方法对政府支出中的政府对国内研发的投入与经济增长的关系进行了协整关系检验、VAR模型分析及Granger因果检验,得出了二者之间关系的一些结论,并提出了相关的建议。
Fiscal policy plays an important role in the economic growth of the country. With the development of endogenous economic growth theory, the impact of scientific and technological progress on economic growth has drawn more and more attention. Through investment in research and development, the state promotes technological progress and thus affects economic growth. In this paper, we use the econometrics method to test the relationship between government investment in domestic R & D and economic growth in terms of cointegration, VAR model analysis and Granger causality test, and draw some conclusions about the relationship between the two Put forward relevant suggestions.
