火车由于长期在不同曲率半径的轨道上运行,其轮对的轴领部分不可避免地产生不同程度的磨损,当磨损到一定程度必须更换新的轮对。如都定期换成新的轮对,会给国家造成很大的经济损失。针对以上情况,我们设计了单头火车对轮轴领修复专机和SLH滚轮式双头轴领堆焊专机,直接用于火车对轮的两端轴领同时修复,提高了修复效率,给国家节约了资金。由于这种专机是落地式的、因而使用安全可靠,它的两端都有工作台,操作作常方便。轮对的滚动机构是由1.1千瓦电动机A通过两级蜗杆、蜗轮传动的,减速箱B带动两对塔轮C转动。当两个火车对轮D放置在塔C上时,依靠其本身重力和塔轮塔面C所产生的摩擦力,使其自身旋转,如图1。轮对抬起机构是由一对分配阀、一对气缸和两只抬起拨杆组成,气缸和拨杆机构如图2。该机用的是
Due to the long-term operation of the train on orbits with different radii of curvature, the shaft portion of the wheelset inevitably produces different degrees of wear. When the train is worn to a certain extent, a new wheelset must be replaced. As are regularly replaced by a new wheel, will cause great economic losses to the country. In view of the above, we have designed a single-head train on the axle collar repair plane and SLH wheel double head shaft surfacing welding machine directly on the train at both ends of the shaft collar at the same time repair, improved repair efficiency, saving the country funds. Since this special plane is floor-standing, it is safe to use and it has workstations at both ends, making it easy to operate. The wheel-to-wheel rolling mechanism is driven by a 1.1-kilowatt motor A through two-stage worm and worm gear, and the gear box B drives two pairs of wheel C to rotate.
