北京市于2015年开始实施高端技术技能人才贯通培养试验项目,作为首批贯通培养改革试点院校,北京电子科技职业学院与北京市第三十五中学、市属本科院校以及国外应用技术大学深度合作,培养七年制高端技术技能人才。两年来,近2000名优秀的初中毕业生进入北京电子科技职业学院学习,成为贯通培养项目的学生。进入高端技术技能人才贯通培养项目的学生首先进行为期两年的基础课程学习,以科学基础、人文素养、艺术修养
