我公司承建的燕山大学教学楼工程,屋面卷材防水工程施工时正值雨季,连续几场大雨,使屋面珍珠岩保温层严重积水,虽然有些部位未直接遭到雨淋,但由于毛细孔作用,致使80%以上的屋面保温层达到饱和状态。防水工程基本完工后,发现室内多处漏水。特别是伸缩缝部位漏水严重,当时室内外装修工程已基本完成,即将交付使用,漏水问题急待解决。按常规办法,掀开屋面卷材防水层,将珍珠岩翻晒干后再做卷材防水层,一方面要造成较大的经济损失,另一方面时间也不允许。经研究,决定采用混凝土真空吸水机吸取保温层积水。先在漏水严重的伸缩缝两侧吸水,取得了良好的效果。然后再逐步吸取其他部位积水,共用8d时间,即将屋面积水全部吸完,避免了因返工而造成的经济损失,又保证了学校按时开课。这样处理后的屋面,至今已经过2个雨季和3个冬季,未发生漏雨和冻害现象,屋面完好。

On the one hand, a large economic loss is caused, and on the other hand, it is not allowed. After research, it was decided to use a concrete vacuum suction machine to draw water from the insulation layer. First, it absorbs water on both sides of a serious leaky expansion joint and achieves good results. And then gradually absorb other parts of the stagnant water, shared 8d time, that is, the entire area of water to suck the entire area, to avoid the economic losses caused by rework, but also ensure that the school started on time. The roof after such treatment has passed two rainy seasons and three winters so far, and no leakage or frost damage has occurred. The roof is intact.
