患者 ,女 ,5 6岁。因双鼻息肉、鼻窦炎于 2 0 0 0年 1 2月 2日收住耳鼻咽喉科。术前检查 :血脂偏高。胸片示 :胸部见一阴影 ,心肺听诊无异常。在局麻下行双鼻息肉摘除术加双筛窦切除术。术后第 2天患者诉左眼视物不见而请眼科医师会诊。体检 :左眼视力无光感 ,左眼睑肿胀、淤血
Patient, female, 5 6 years old. Due to dual nasal polyps, sinusitis on February 2, 2000 admitted otolaryngology. Preoperative examination: high blood lipids. Chest X-ray showed: a shadow chest, cardiopulmonary auscultation no abnormalities. Under local anesthesia double nasal polyps removal plus double ethmoidal resection.
