随着居民生活水平的逐步提高,国内房地产业已发展成为推动我国经济发展的重要力量。房地产业作为资本密集型产业,推动了房地产业与金融业的有机结合,房地产金融成为推动房地产业稳定发展的决定性因素。本文通过探析国内房地产金融风险原因及种类,进而构建了房地产金融风险防范体系,从而为推动国内房地产业健康发展提供借鉴意义。
With the gradual improvement of living standards of residents, the domestic real estate industry has become an important force in promoting China’s economic development. As a capital-intensive industry, the real estate industry has promoted the organic combination of the real estate industry and the financial industry. Real estate finance has become the decisive factor in promoting the stable development of the real estate industry. By analyzing the causes and types of domestic real estate financial risks, this paper constructs a real estate financial risk prevention system, which will provide reference for the healthy development of domestic real estate industry.
