为解决开孔板连接件从侧面圆孔内难以贯穿钢筋的施工难题,提出了开孔板圆孔外缘设置有槽口的钢与混凝土连接构造形式,通过4组共12个模型试件的推出及拉拔试验,比较研究了开孔板连接件设置槽口与否的抗剪及抗拉拔承载性能。研究结果表明:无论开孔板连接件设置槽口与否,其结合面垂直方向均具有较高的承载性能;槽口对抗剪、抗拉拔承载力的影响不超过10%,对刚度的影响不超过8%;循环加载时抗拉拔承载力比单调加载时降低幅度不超过10%,在正常使用极限状态下的残余分离量极小,具有较好的抗拉拔变形性能。
In order to solve the difficult construction problem of the perforated plate connecting piece which is difficult to penetrate the reinforcing steel bar in the side round hole, a steel-concrete connecting structure with notch provided on the outer edge of the perforated hole of the perforated plate is proposed.
