本文通过体外实验,对影响喷射呼吸机的卷吸量的几个因素作了初步探讨。结果表明:呼吸机的喷气量、卷吸量均与驱动压呈正比。在其它因素恒定时,喷咀口径愈小,卷吸量愈大;喷咀开口离气管导管外口愈远,卷吸量愈小,甚至为零;喷咀与气管导管内径比例愈小,卷吸量愈大,反之,比例愈大,卷吸量愈小。在小儿中应用时尤应注意合适的比例。一般以1:10为宜,不宜大于1:6,以免增加呼气阻力。卷吸量大小与吸入氧浓度有密切关系。在临床应用中,尚应考虑胸廓及肺顺应性对通气的影响。
In this paper, through the in vitro experiments, several factors affecting the suction volume of jet ventilators are discussed. The results showed that the jet volume and volume suction of the ventilator were proportional to the driving pressure. When other factors are constant, the smaller the nozzle diameter, the larger the volume of suction; the farther the nozzle opening is from the outside of the trachea tube, the smaller the volume of suction is, or even zero; the smaller the ratio of the diameter of the nozzle to the tracheal tube is, the smaller the volume is. The greater the amount of absorption, the greater the ratio, the smaller the volume of suction. When using in children, you should pay attention to the appropriate proportion. Generally, 1:10 is appropriate, but it should not be greater than 1:6 so as not to increase the exhalation resistance. The amount of suction volume is closely related to the inhaled oxygen concentration. In clinical applications, the effect of thorax and lung compliance on ventilation should also be considered.
