人力资本投资是相对于物质资本投资而言,在上世纪70年代提出的符合社会经济发展的新思想。虽然企业人力资本投资牵涉到投资主体、投资风险、投资回报等一系列较为复杂的问题,但是,整体上而言,企业人力资本投资是提高企业经营绩效的重要因素之一。交通运输企业因其固有的特点,当前的人力资本投资存在诸多问题,没有发挥出应有作用。找到途径,完善交通运输企业的人力资本投资,是推动交通运输企业转型升级,扭亏为盈,做大做强的重大举措。
Human capital investment is relative to the physical capital investment, in the last century, the 70’s put forward in line with the social and economic development of new ideas. Although human capital investment in enterprises involves a series of more complex issues such as investment subject, investment risk and return on investment, as a whole, the investment of human capital in enterprises is one of the important factors to improve the performance of enterprises. Due to its inherent characteristics, transportation enterprises have many problems in their current investment in human capital and have not played their due role. Finding ways to improve the human capital investment of transport enterprises is a major move to promote the transformation and upgrading of transportation enterprises, turning losses into profits and making them bigger and stronger.
