目的:解决血管条件极差,不能行传统盲穿PICC置管,同时不宜行CVC置管患者静脉输液治疗问题。方法:采取了超声引导结合改良塞丁格技术PICC置管的方法。结果:解决了此类患者静脉输液治疗的难题,得到患者和家属以及医护人员的认可与好评。结论:超声引导结合改良塞丁格PICC置管术扩大了PICC适用范围,减轻了置管损伤和相关并发症,提高了置管的成功率和安全性,同时也为护理人员提供了一条安全有效地为患者输液治疗的途径。
Objective: To solve the poor vascular conditions, can not line the traditional blind wearing PICC catheter, while not suitable for patients with CVC catheter infusion therapy. Methods: The ultrasound-guided PICC catheterization method was adopted. Results: Solve the problem of intravenous infusion of such patients, patients and their families and health care workers recognized and praised. Conclusion: Ultrasound-guided combined with improved Selding PICC catheterization has expanded the scope of PICC, reduced the risk of catheter injury and related complications, improved the success rate and safety of catheterization, and also provided a safe and effective for nursing staff For patients with infusion therapy approach.
