一、包兰线529工程简况529工程是包兰线兰州铁路局银川工务段内最严重的一段沙害处所,北起包兰线 K529+00(银川市双渠乘降所),南止包兰线 K547+500(永宁县西干车站)为界,西侧位于主害风的上方,全长18.5公里,总面积8325亩。该工程是铁道部重点病害整治工程,银川工务段从1974年开始勘测设计,1975年架设10KV 高压线路18.5公里,1976年5月供电,同年6月开始打井、平田整地、修建砼管渠,1977年春开始造林。到1983年底已打井24眼,平田整地2490亩,铺设砼管渠28公里,方格草5000亩,成活树木100多万株。工程连续整治10年,预
