建筑工程的质量和安全管理对于工程的顺利开展、按时竣工以及保证工程效益具有重要的作用。其中,建筑工程现场的管理工作最为复杂,也最为重要,如果能够切实做好建筑现场管理工作的话,整个工程的工作就完成了一大半。现场管理离不开对现场工作的检查检测,只有科学合理的检查检测结果才能够切实地说明建筑工程的实际情况。为此,本文着重介绍了建筑工程现场检查检测的职能分配工作、工作程序、“抽样计划”和“技术方案”、安全管理以及接口流程等,希望对建筑工程现场管理的相关工作者有所指导和帮助。
