观察大黄虫丸对38例老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期患者血小板最大聚集率(MAR)和电泳率(EPM)及α颗粒膜蛋白-140(GMP-140)的影响。结果表明,在西药常规治疗基础上,服用大黄虫丸后,血小板MAR和GMP-140水平明显降低,而EPM水平显著升高,对照组上述指标变化不明显。提示,大黄虫丸抑制血小板活化的作用,对于减少肺动脉血栓形成和降低肺动脉高压具有重要意义,有利于慢性阻塞性肺疾病发作期的缓解。
To observe the effect of Dahuangqichong Pills on the platelet maximum aggregation rate (MAR), electrophoresis rate (EPM) and α-granule membrane protein-140 (GMP-140) in 38 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. The results showed that on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment, the levels of platelet MAR and GMP-140 were significantly lower after taking Dahuangqichong Pill, and the EPM level was significantly increased. The above indicators in the control group did not change significantly. It is suggested that the effect of Dahuangqichong Pills in inhibiting platelet activation is of great significance for reducing pulmonary artery thrombosis and reducing pulmonary hypertension, which is beneficial to the relief of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
