通过研究活性炭与6－BA对苹果和梨新梢增殖的影响，进一步证实了活性炭对培养基中生长调节剂的吸附作用。在含有0．02％活性炭的MS培养基中，常量的6－BA不表现作用。随着6－BA浓度的加大才不同程度地表现出其作用．不同试材对活性炭和6－BA有不同的反应。
By studying the effect of activated carbon and 6-BA on the proliferation of shoots in apple and pear, we further confirmed the adsorption of growth regulator by activated carbon in culture medium. In MS media containing 0.02% charcoal, a constant amount of 6-BA did not show any effect. With the 6-BA concentration increased to varying degrees, to demonstrate its role. Different samples of activated carbon and 6-BA have different reactions.
