本文将机床四类传动链视为一整体,据相关、系统和对比性的思维准则,推导了描述各链误差的数学模型。文中将误差源分为转角和线值误差二种,给出的结论式有传动元件误差的线性组合型和不同谐波分量的迭加型。二型中的前者可显示传动链误差源的形成和影响,后者则与被切工件的精度指标一一对应.四类链误差表达式取相同结构,即表征为波动性和趋向性二部分误差之组合。文中结论已被应用证实。可用同一程序进行各链误差的数据处理。
In this paper, the four kinds of machine chains are regarded as a whole. According to the relevant, systematic and comparative thinking criteria, a mathematical model describing the error of each chain is deduced. In this paper, error sources are divided into two kinds of angles and line errors. The conclusion is given by linear combination of transmission element errors and superposition of different harmonic components. The former of type two can show the formation and the influence of the error source of the transmission chain and the latter corresponds one by one to the accuracy index of the cut workpiece.The expressions of the four types of chain errors take the same structure as the two parts The combination of errors. Conclusion has been confirmed by the application. The same procedure can be used for data processing of each chain error.
