一、“五个一批”改革的特点1、国有企业产权转让取得突破性进展。全市国有企业破产拍卖5户、租赁6户、兼并2对、土地批租31户,合计占企业总数的15.3%。其中绝大多数是当年实施这些改革措施的。继武汉火柴厂整体拍卖由私营企业出资收购后,又有市阳逻印染总厂、武汉轮胎厂、江汉食品厂等企业大户被破产,都由收购方全员接收,职工稳定、发展健康。截止1994年底,市人民法院宣布破产终结26户,其中国有企业10户,余下企业正在进行清算。2、国有企业公司制改造为建立现代企业制度奠定了组织基础。截止
