病案是记录病人病史及医疗情况的档案,它的使用者可以是医务人员也可以是患者及其它需要者。作为病案工作人员应该是一名管理者,通过自身的工作,使所收集的病案做到完整、准确,并能更大限度的发挥作用。高科技在病案管理中的应用,对病案管理者提出了更高的要求,也对病案管理工作提出了新的任务,如何让病案管理者适应这种“质”的变化,是我们现代病案管理工作急需解决的问题。将各项工作分配到人,责任到人,实行管理责任制,是一种现代管理工作所需要的方法。
A medical record is a record of a patient’s medical history and medical record. The user can be a medical staff member or a patient and other needy.
