Stepper motor acceleration and deceleration control is one of the key technologies of CNC flame cutting machine. The theoretical analysis of the five-stage S-curve acceleration and deceleration algorithm shows that the speed and time of the algorithm are first-order continuous and the acceleration curve is a continuous curve, which can avoid the acceleration and deceleration impact of the numerical control system. The application of the algorithm in the numerical control flame cutting machine shows that the five-stage S-curve acceleration and deceleration algorithm is a flexible acceleration and deceleration algorithm suitable for high-speed movement and has the advantages of high movement accuracy and easy implementation.
