在党的让会主义建设总路线的鼓舞和全面大跃进的带动下,随着整风运动和反右派斗争的胜利及省市委的领导和关怀,给工人大学政治理论一个很大的促进。工人以高度的求知愈和苦读深钻的精神来学习马列主义和毛主席著作,一边学习一边研究,一边讲课一边写论文,通过理论学习,推动了当前运动的开展,解决了许多生产上的实际问题,收到了显著的效果。打破神秘观点,掀起工人大学马列主义理论高潮我厂工人理论学习的发展过程,也是我厂党委对工人理论学习不断的提高认识,不断的加强党的领导,不断地向障碍工人理论学习的怀疑派、神秘论者、条件论者、观潮派们进行斗争的过程。如有的干部认为工人文化低,不能学习理论,制定理论学习计划时,还规定必须具有初中文化程度的工人或支委以上的党员才能参加理论学习。但工人都认识到学习理论的重要性和必要性。他们说:“通过反右派斗争,我们深深感觉到需要学习理论,掌握了理论,才能对大是大非看的更清楚,头脑才能更清醒,才能驳倒右
