《中共中央关于构建社会主义和谐社会若干重大问题的决定》指出,新闻出版要坚持正确导向,唱响主旋律,为改革发展稳定营造良好思想舆论氛围。增强重大主题报道的影响力,关系到党的路线、方针和政策的贯彻执行,关系到党委、政府重点工作的顺利推进,关系到人民群众的长远利益和切身利益,也是新闻媒体,尤其是党报唱响、唱好主旋律,提高舆论引导能力的一项重要任务。
