男性不育症是一个极为复杂的临床综合征。由于其发生率有增高趋势,故引起许多学者关注。由于目前领养婴儿的来源极为困难,因此许多不孕夫妇要求做人工授精,其中以使用丈夫精液的配偶问人工授精(artificial insemination with husband’s semen,AIH)最受欢迎。1990年9月至1992年3月我院应用AIH12例。现将初步体会总结如下。临床资料 一般资料:12对夫妻婚后2～7年未孕,其中原发不孕8对,继发不孕4对。夫方年龄26～34岁,妻方年龄24～34岁。按照WHO推荐的方法
Male infertility is an extremely complex clinical syndrome. Because of its increasing trend, it has aroused many scholars’ attention. Because of the current difficulties in adopting a baby, many infertile couples require artificial insemination, of which artificial insemination with husband’s semen (AIH) is the most popular. From September 1990 to March 1992, 12 cases of AIH were treated in our hospital. Now the preliminary experience is summarized as follows. Clinical data General information: 12 couples married 2 to 7 years without pregnancy, of which 8 pairs of primary infertility, infertility, 4 pairs. The husband’s age is 26 ~ 34 years old, wife’s age is 24 ~ 34 years old. Follow the WHO recommended method
