目的探讨脂质体前列腺素E对内毒素性急性肺损伤血气分析和肺组织改变的影响。方法将SD大鼠随机分为生理盐水对照组、内毒素脂多糖(LPS)急性肺损伤模型组及脂质体前列腺素E干预组。抽取腹主动脉和下腔静脉血液监测血气分析,计算灌支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中白细胞数量及测定总蛋白总量,取肺组织进行病理学观察。结果脂质体前列腺素E显著减少LPS所致BALF中白细胞的数量及总蛋白的浓度(P<0.01),降低LPS组大鼠动-静脉血PCO2、PH差值和静脉血乳酸浓度(P<0.05),减轻LPS所致的肺组织出血及炎性细胞浸润。结论脂质体前列腺素E可减轻LPS所致的急性肺损伤改变。
Objective To investigate the effect of liposomal prostaglandin E on blood gas analysis and lung tissue changes in endotoxin-induced acute lung injury. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into normal saline control group, lipopolysaccharide (LPS) acute lung injury model group and liposomal prostaglandin E intervention group. Blood samples were taken from the abdominal aorta and inferior vena cava for blood gas analysis. The number of leukocytes in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) and the total protein in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) were calculated. The lung tissues were taken for pathological observation. Results Liposomal prostaglandin E significantly decreased the number of leukocytes and the total protein concentration in BALF induced by LPS (P <0.01), and decreased the PCO2, PH difference and venous blood lactate concentration in LPS group (P < 0.05), reduce lung tissue bleeding caused by LPS and inflammatory cell infiltration. Conclusion Liposomal prostaglandin E can reduce the acute lung injury induced by LPS.
