随着我国教育事业的发展,大部分高校的招生规模逐渐扩大,特别是高职院校生人数大大提升,因此,加强高职院校生学籍管理很有必要的。学籍管理是高职院校日常管理工作中不可缺少的一部分,对高校的教学服务和办学质量产生一定的影响。如今,大多数学校已经摒弃了传统的管理模式,在教育事业发展的现今怎样把学籍的管理工作提高学籍管理效率,同时减少了管理人员的工作强度,本文结合高职院校学籍管理中面临的一些问题,对如何提高学籍管理的工作作出探讨。
