《城市、镇控制性详细规划编制审批办法》日前已由住房和城乡建设部颁布,将于2011年1月1日实施。为了帮助各地规划管理、规划编制人员准确理解该《办法》的条文,确保《办法》在全国的顺利实施,住房城乡建设部规划司与中国城市规划学会将联合举办《城市、镇控制性详细规划编制审批
The Measures for the Examination and Approval of the Detailed Control of Urban and Town Control Plans was promulgated by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and will be implemented on January 1, 2011. In order to help the planning and management of all localities and planners accurately understand the provisions of the Measures and ensure the smooth implementation of the Measures in the whole country, the Planning Department of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and China Society of Urban Planning will jointly organize the Detailed Control Plan for Cities and Towns Preparation approval
