“教育要面向现代化,面向世界,面向未来”的战略思想,这一思想的提出昭示着素质教育的实施势在必行。那么如何实施素质教育从而促进学生的个性发展,达到让人正确面临和处理自身所处社会环境的一切事物和现象的目的呢?现在我从以下三个方面谈谈自己的看法.一、理论基础纲要指出:“倡导学生主动参与,乐于探究,勤于动手,培养学生搜集和处理信息的能力,获取新知识,分析和解决问题的能力,以及交流与合作的能力。”因此改变学生的学习方式促进学生个性发展,成为新课程理念下的重要目标之一。
