近两年来,各地在国营企业中试行股份制的工作发展很快,据有关方面的不完全统计,全国各类股份制企业已有6000多个。有不少地区和部门也正积极筹备或扩大股份制的试点工作。在社会主义有计划商品经济条件下,如何运用和实施股份制,还有许多理论和实际问题需要进一步研究与探索。本文拟从财政、财务角度,对国营企业实行股份制的一些问题谈淡
In the past two years, the work of piloting joint-stock companies in state-owned enterprises has been proceeding very rapidly.
