患者,女,25岁,因与他人生气于1991年4月6日下午2时左右自服雷米封70余片(7g左右)。下午3时左右,同事发现其昏倒在地,抽搐,神志丧失,颜面青紫,即送我院急诊。患者1年半前发现肺结核后,间断服用雷米封0.3g/d治疗,无明显异常反应。入院检查:发育营养中等,体温39℃,血压14/8kPa,潮式呼吸,中度昏迷,每隔5～10min有癫痫发作1次,每次2～3min,发作间歇无意识恢复,呈癫痫大发作状态。面潮红,唇紫绀,皮肤潮湿汗多,巩膜无黄染,瞳孔等大,角膜反射及瞳孔对光反射迟钝。颈软。心率120次/min,呈第三心
