目的 探讨FLAIR技术在散发性脑炎MR成像中的应用。方法 对 3 0例散发性脑炎行快速FLAIR及T2 WI的MR检查 ,并比较所得的图像质量。结果 快速FLAIR技术与快速自旋回波T2 WI比较 ,能增加病灶与正常组织间的对比 ,从而能更敏感地发现病变。结论 快速FLAIR技术对散发性脑炎病变的显示优于快速自旋回波的T2 WI序列 ,可作为本病常规MR检查的补充手段
Objective To investigate the application of FLAIR technique in MR imaging of sporadic encephalitis. Methods Thirty (30) cases of sporadic encephalitis underwent MR imaging of fast FLAIR and T2 WI, and the obtained images were compared. Results The rapid FLAIR technique compared with fast spin echo T2 WI can increase the contrast between the lesion and the normal tissue so that the lesion can be found more sensitively. Conclusions The rapid FLAIR technique is superior to the T2 WI sequence of rapid spin echo in detecting encephalitis and can be used as a supplementary measure for conventional MR examination of this disease
