合作学习是一种富有创意和实效的学习方式。在我国,越来越多的英语教师在英语课堂中运用它,让学生学到知识并培养学生的合作能力。笔者在成都某中学开展了一年半的调研、“鱼缸观察”和亲身授课,发现实施合作学习的过程中普遍存在许多问题:合作学习的任务脱离生活实际、学生参与程度不够、教师监控不足、部分学生学习困难、评价机制不合理等问题,并试图提出解决这些问题的对策:从生活实际出发开展合作学习,培养学生的合作意识,加强合作学习的组织和监控工作,关注学困生的学习需求,建立科学的合作学习评价机制等。
Cooperative learning is a creative and effective way to learn. In our country, more and more English teachers use it in the English classroom to let the students learn the knowledge and cultivate the students’ cooperation ability. The author conducted a year-and-a-half research, a “fish tank observation” and a hands-on lecture in a certain middle school in Chengdu. They found that there were many problems in the process of implementing cooperative learning: the task of cooperative learning was out of real life, Lacking some students ’learning difficulties and unreasonable evaluation mechanism. At the same time, they try to put forward some countermeasures to solve these problems, such as carrying out cooperative learning from the reality of life, cultivating students’ sense of cooperation, strengthening the organization and monitoring of cooperative learning, Learning needs, establish a scientific evaluation mechanism of cooperative learning.
