高校图书馆是将信息资源集中在一起,然后提供给学生和教师进行阅读的地方,社会的信息化发展以及学生对于信息的需求决定了高校图书馆信息服务的重心,在这种情况下,艺术院校的图书馆必须要做出一定的改革,从传统的被动服务向主动服务发展,从固定的服务模式向灵活多样的服务模式转变,进而实现为学生创造个性化服务的目的,帮助学生能够以最短的时间从大量信息中准确获取自己需要的信息和资源。本文主要分析了艺术院校图书馆服务个性化的内涵以及其制约因素,并根据艺术院校图书馆服务对象的特点和需求特征,提出图书馆个性化服务体系的构建措施和途径,以期为艺术院校图书馆的建设和管理提供参考和意见。
