课程改革已经进行了十二年,但多数教师还在心甘情愿地穿新鞋走老路。造成教师穿新鞋走老路的原因有:主观方面:认识不清,缺乏信心,学而不用,积习难改;客观方面:评价机制不合理,怕担过失,教研工作名存实亡,领导思想僵化,班额过大,教学设备滞后。解决办法:统一认识,大胆工作。因地制宜,更新设备。改变应付心态,用行动迎接检查。真抓实干搞教研。设立奖励机制,激活教研动力。
