社会转型背景下,90后大学生普遍存在着亲社会价值观弱化和亲社会行为淡化的现象。根据教育学的内化和外化原理,从内化心理过程和外化行为过程两个维度分析亲社会行为培养的心理机制,以求大学生对内形成亲社会价值观,对外实施亲社会行为。基于此,提出培养大学生自觉的道德反思与抉择能力,搭建基于大学生道德心理特点的亲社会教育平台,完善社会友好价值的传播机制,优化增进集体正能量的外部浸染环境等策略,促使大学生树立正确的亲社会价值观,更有效地实施亲社会行为。
Under the background of social transformation, the phenomena of weakening of prosocial values and pro-social desalination are common in post-90s college students. According to the principle of internalization and externalization of pedagogy, this paper analyzes the psychological mechanism of prosocial behavior cultivation from the two dimensions of internalization and externalization in order to make college students form pro-social values internally and implement pro-social behavior externally. Based on this, we put forward strategies to cultivate college students’ self-conscious ability of moral reflection and decision-making, build a prosocial education platform based on the moral and psychological characteristics of college students, improve the transmission mechanism of social friendly values, and optimize the external environment for the improvement of collective positive energy so as to promote the establishment of college students Pro-social values, more pro-social behavior.
