从“创新+绿色”两方面对深圳动能转换进行分析,认为深圳创建了绿色倒逼创新、创新促进绿色的内生动力机制,正是创新和绿色的相互作用成就了深圳经济高质量增长。从“转”、“放”、“孵”、“谋”、“逼”五个方面归纳总结了深圳经济动能转换的成功秘诀,提出我国要促进传统产业转型升级,加快新经济培育,从创新驱动、绿色发展、提升政府服务水平、推动孵化器建设、民营企业家队伍建设等方面提出我国实施动能转换的主要对策。
